About The Foundation

The Bubbler Foundation was established in 1999 to fund educational and community projects not covered by tax revenues, encompassing all aspects of life in South Middleton.  The Foundation provides funding for a variety of programs in the area of academics, arts & culture, athletics, environment, and health & wellness for the community. We are also an IRS 501©3 organization, so all donations are tax-deductible by the donor. The Foundation operates with a 17-member board and no one receives compensation for their services, which also applies to the CPA and the Attorney. As stated in the Foundation By-Laws, at all times, the Board of Directors shall include the Superintendent of the District, a representative from the Teachers Association, a Township Supervisor, a representative from the Township’s churches or council of churches, and thirteen (13) seats at large from the community.
