Venture Grants are funded by donors under the "EITC" [* Educational Improvement Tax Credit] Program. All donations made by businesses, banks, and others, must be used for this program as they get a State Tax Credit when filing their taxes. Likewise, programs funded must be approved by the State for funding. The total amount of these programs to date is over $30,000.
